Boogaloo Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 May 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Boogaloo service (the “Service”), which allows you to publish posts on social platforms on your behalf, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Continued use is acceptance of updates.
2. Who We Are
Technoboggle (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides Boogaloo, based in the United Kingdom, and reachable via hello@technoboggle.com.
3. Our Service
Boogaloo enables authorised users to schedule and publish content on third-party platforms. By connecting your account, you grant us permission to post on your behalf, within the limits and platforms you authorise.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you publish via Boogaloo.
- You must have all necessary rights, licences or consents for your content.
- You must not use the Service for illegal or harmful content—including hate speech, defamation, or infringement of privacy or copyright.
- You must comply with all relevant platform policies (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
5. Permissions & Authorization
- When you connect a third-party account, you authorise us to act on your behalf to post, delete or modify content, subject to your settings and the platform’s API permissions.
- You may revoke access at any time via your account settings or the third-party platform.
6. Service Availability & Suspension
We strive for reliability, but we may suspend or limit access—without notice—for maintenance, security or violations of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your content, granting us a non-exclusive licence to process and post it as directed.
- We own all rights to the Boogaloo software and platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent legally allowed, Technoboggle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Boogaloo. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or £100 if no payment was made.
9. Privacy & Data Processing
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data processed when posting through Boogaloo.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
